Issue 2:  Distribution of the tasks of individual partners

Project team discussed the issue and came to the following solution:
• Spain (Calaf)  - a coordinator, who manages the project as a whole
• Czech Republic (Brno) – a secretary, who is responsible for writing and processing the acta from all team project meetings
• Greece (Volos) – an evaluator,  who is responsible for preparing, distribution and processing of the evaluation forms both of teachers and students
• Romania (Apateu) – a disseminator, who is responsible for creating a project webpage and place project output on social network
• Spain (Calaf) + Czech Republic (Brno) who together took over the responsibility of an Italian partner for creating an eTwinning project of the same name and placing all the materials and output on the Twinspace
• All partners individually will be responsible for creating Erasmus+ section on their own school webpages and place the project output there.
During all following meetings, the project team has to ensure that all pupils speak English in public presentations taking turns.

Issue 3:  Work done by the pupils during the First Short-term Exchange of Groups of Pupils

Work completed and done:
• Preparing and presenting the Europe myth – the statue and painting of Europa orally, individual activity
• Logo presentation – the best logo created in each school has been presented by one of the students
• Creating timelines of the Roman empire periods in four international groups and presenting them orally – group work
• Creating and presenting online maps of the Roman Empire with specific regards to the territory of each country in national teams – team work of 2-3 pupils
• Recording, creating and editing a video with soundtrack about the Roman sites they visited during the stay with short explanation of each student in the group in English – group work in international groups
For the next meeting, a short and practical guide about how to present in public will be prepared for pupils (Czech Republic + Spain). Students should have enough time for presenting their results (provide them enough time, not to hurry them).
As all the logos contained interesting ideas, the project team decided to combine the aspects of all the logos in one, creating a common final version which will be used on all project materials (Spain will provde a final version as soon as possible).
